Privacy & inquiry information

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Who you are contacting

DSPR is a brand of Qingdao Gobule Water Sports Products Co., Ltd., No. 23 Keyuan Wei 3rd Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. For inquiry or privacy questions, contact rio@dsprsup.com.

How the inquiry form works

The form prepares a message with the contact details, selected model, quantity, delivery destination and any project information you choose to enter. It opens WhatsApp or your email application. Review the message and press Send in that application. Preparing a message does not submit an inquiry to DSPR or create an order.

Information and purpose

Details you send are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss product specifications, customization and delivery. Avoid including payment details or sensitive personal information in the project message.

Browser storage and videos

This website does not use advertising cookies or store inquiry form content on its own server. A selected product and preset inquiry topic may be kept temporarily in your browser session to remember your choice. Text you type into the inquiry fields is not saved by this website. Video players load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain only after you press Play. YouTube may process technical data or use storage when playback starts; its own policies apply.

External services

WhatsApp, your email provider, YouTube and the website hosting provider handle information under their own policies. Hosting providers may process technical connection logs for delivery and security. Links to the existing DSPR website open that separate website.

Your choices

Contact rio@dsprsup.com to ask about information sent to DSPR, request a correction or request deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
