Door-to-door DDP delivery is offered to eligible standard addresses in the United States and Europe. Confirm duties, taxes and delivery coverage in your quote. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded from the existing DDP service; ask us to check your destination.

We review the issue and arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Understand the terms
before production.

Custom orders can be canceled without charge before production starts, including after design approval. Once a personalized product is in production, change-of-mind cancellation is not refundable. Custom-made goods are not eligible for non-quality returns, without limiting mandatory rights.

Selecting a standard model alone does not make it personalized. Ask for the cancellation and return terms applicable to your order. The full existing DSPR policy explains eligibility and applicable remedies.

For a suspected lost shipment, contact us with your order reference. DSPR investigates with the carrier and arranges a refund if the shipment is confirmed lost. Contact the team for the correct return address and instructions before sending goods back.
