Yes. Every featured model has one usable deck level. A 2.6 m overall height on the Cabana and Social Club models includes the canopy.
Can I order just one platform?
Yes. The three featured single-deck models are available from one platform. Share your selected layout and custom requirements so we can confirm the specification and quotation.
Can I see the actual product before deciding?
Each featured platform has original product photographs and its own product video. You can also explore our workshop videos. We share photos or video before dispatch for your order.
What can I customize?
Discuss the dimensions, colors, logo, seating, counter and deck arrangement. We review the proposed changes and their cost before production. Your final design is approved in writing.
What is included in my quote?
Ask for an itemized list covering the platform, canopy and furniture, pump and repair kit, any selected fittings, packaging, customization and freight. The supplied components depend on your approved model and package.
How long do production and delivery take?
For planning, our existing platform range lists about 45 days in production after design approval, followed by about 60 days in transit to eligible US and European addresses. These are estimates; your configuration, destination and delivery date are confirmed in the quote.
Is there a warranty?
The featured range is listed with a one-year DSPR warranty. Quality issues are reviewed for repair or replacement according to the issue. Contact our team with your order reference and helpful photos or video. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We clarify your layout, quantity and destination, then discuss a product and shipping quotation. An inquiry involves no payment or order commitment. You approve the final specification and commercial terms before production.
Can I cancel a custom order?
DSPR’s existing policy allows free cancellation before production starts, including after design approval. Change-of-mind cancellation is not refundable once personalized production starts. Quality remedies and mandatory rights remain available.
How do I confirm load, pressure and anchoring?
Ask us for the operating documents for your exact layout, including rated load, occupancy, chamber pressures, access and anchoring instructions. We confirm these with the approved product specification.
